    New Bike Purchace

    I just purchased my seventh new motorcycle from Steve Drane Harley Davidson. The attention to detail, customer service, and after sale follow up is unparalleled in the automotive industry. With each new purchase the motorcycle and dealer customer service has just got better and better. I know I'll be a happy, satisfied, and life long customer of Steve Drane Harley Davidson.

    Not Impressed

    Not impressed with parts department. I have a 2011 fatboy purchased in 2011 and the paint from a decorative derby cover had come off. Bottom line, Steve Dranes would not warranty the part, which was purchased less than one year ago, (Harley policy - over the counter parts warranty for one year). Another dealership covered my part under warranty and will have my business. I w ill not got to or recommend Steve Dranes Harley.
