    Had been in planning with promises to do a small reno for months. Assured me he’d start work June 18. Then showed up the following day without supplies. Pushed it to the Thursday and then cancelled after I had already dismantled the house as his request on Tuesday. Was aware of the deadline for a TV show filming July 5. He even signed for strata approval earlier in the week as the Prime Contractor. At no point did he give any indication that he wasn’t interested or wouldn’t be able to do it.
