Chichi Nails

The new employee took 1.5 hrs to do a half a pedicure, and a terrible one at that. I had to tell her to clean under my nails and go step by step with her. I finally had enough when my nails were 5 different sizes. I told the owner and he started yelling in the salon and blaming me saying I wanted it that way. He was extremely volitile and accusatory. I told him to train his staff, as it's not my job. I would not recommend this place. It's hit and miss. The owner is unprofessional.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE AND WORK. DON'T EVER GO!!

I got my nails done and within 10 days they started to chip, break and look like I needed a new fill. By the time I got to go back to the Salon its been less than 2 weeks and when I got there they kept saying it was my fault they chipped and that I need to pay for a brand new fill! It hasnt even been 2 weeks and I need a new fill? I never need a fill unless its been 3 to 4 weeks. When I asked for them to fix the specific nails that look awful they said I can contact their technician personally to fix my nails! Who gives out their own staff phone numbers? Then they advised she no longer works for them and that I have to deal with her directly? How is that possible since I went into their salon to get my nails done - I didnt go to her house! They wasted my time and offered no such help. I have never dealt with such unprofessional service in my life. Don't ever go its not worth your time or money.
