In the time it took me to buzz open the door and get down a single flight of stairs (a few seconds at most) the driver was nowhere to be seen. Over an hour of phone-tag later and I had a promise from the Nanaimo office directly that it would be ready for pick up on Saturday. It's not available until Monday. This will make my "2 day shipping" a week and a half, if I even get it then. Worst customer service EVER.
