Mike Smith Electric returned my call was courteous and accomodating fitting me in his schedule near the end of his day during snowy weather.Was busy called me in advance to say so.Wow a trade on the Island that is customer centered.I ve experienced many trades who just dont show up.Mike Smith electric showed up when he said he would.Helped me resolve the issue Showing me how to address this in the future.Because he didnt have all the parts needed at the time there was no charge I wii call again

Did not return phone calls. Said he was unable to do a job (another electrician did show up and did the jobs within a week!) Did not show up when he said he would return to do the second job and has never called to re book. Totally incompetent and unreliable

I contacted Mike Smith Electric, because I needed an electrician to install 3 ceiling fans at reasonable cost in a timely manner. Mike Smith sent out an electrician within the hour to fill my request. He was courteous, and professional, answered all our questions, and completed the job that morning. I highly recommend Mike Smith Electric, and plan to contact him for him for all my electrical needs. Thanks again, Mike
