I called to have a Fisher Paykel gas range serviced to repair one of the burners that did not turn on. Technician said he didn’t know what it was and thought that the part could range anywhere from $200-$600 and would have to speak to his manager and charged me $189 service call. Frustrated, I called a different company (Priority Appliance repair) to come in and they simply cleaned the burner ignitor and it works perfectly! Maple Leaf appliance repair is useless and a rip off!!
April 4, our dishwasher had the heat pump go on it so we decided to call and have it repaired. I informed the landlord of the issue and we proceeded with the call out, which was $120.00. Tried to get a Samsung fridge ice maker fixed. The technician turned my fridge off and on and charged me 105.00. I was told to wait to see if it worked. It didn’t so I tried to make a second call to get the ice maker fixed. It was a very frustrating experience! The customer support person really tried to help,but the technician was terrible. He needed an additional 250.00 in labour because it was such a difficult job-30 minutes to complete! I lost all confidence, but was rudely denied any refund
Terrible customer service. I called to have my dishwasher fixed and told the office although their window of repair was 4 to an end time I would be home no later than 4:30. They said that wouldn’t be a problem. I got home at 4:04 and their tech didn’t wait and went to another call. Uselsss company. Do not recommend
Ordered an oven part, waited the 6 weeks I was told it would take for it, called the maintenance person I was dealing with and he said he quit. No one called me. Ordered part that hadn't been ordered, waited 6 more weeks, called and uhm "we ordered it but really don't know when it's coming in because "they"? Didn't give a tracking number. You know what- give my deposit back and your service is horrible. "Ok ma'am" NO apology. Still no refund. Don't waste your time they are hopeless and apathetic
