I always go here ...

I always go here and I like their customer service too. Last Monday (Aug 3, 2015), I personally went to confirm about their hours on BC Day, she booked my appointment and confirmed that they will be open. But, when I got there, they were closed. I called several times they never picked up. I have a party on Friday and I won't have time to go to get my nails done. I am just really disappointed that they did not even call me to reschedule or notify me that they are planning to be closed that day.
