Abbotsford Village Medical Clinic

I have been going for over 5 years now since unable to get a family Doctor. Reception has always been very respectful, helpful and professional. Coincidentally I always saw Dr. Street and once in a blue moon Dr Hart, unless I specifically asked for a female doctor. Unfortunately no longer a female doctor available as she now in Mission - which the clinic made known to me so that I could seek her out if I wished so. Now almost every visit I see Dr. Street, who is a fantastic dr and person.

Dr Street is really great listener and person.

When you suddenly dont feel well and would like to see your own doctor clinics are not our first choice but they are there as an option. I was pleasantly surprised to be 5th in line and wait time was minimal. The doctor was thorough and provided me with the proper course of treatment. My family physician was notified. Great care from start to finish.I even had follow up calls from the clinic and my family doctor.

I have been attending this clinic regularly for 6 years, as I have not been able to get a family doctor. They have treated me very thoughtfully and there are regular physicians who know my name.

Missed a positive strep result

Went in due to a sore throat and fever for 3 days. The doctor was very rushed and abrupt. They took a swab and then neglected to ever phone me with my positive strep result. They also neglected to copy my family doctor on the results. 11 days later I am finally getting a prescription from my family doctor.
