Front end staff were fabulous, friendly and helpful. That is where any real service ended. I have a full service plan, prepaid service at the time of purchase, all have been thorough, detailed and complete. At Orchard they simply changed the oil and a cabin filter, nothing more. They couldn't tell me about the state of the brakes, because they didn't check, I have the blank paperwork. Really disappointing. Every other dealership I have been to has been great from Texas to Vancouver Island.
