I am so disappointed in my experience. I ordered and paid for a ramp that we can no longer use. I called and tt a staff member who said the ramp had not reached the border yet, and they would call me back. However, no one got back to me and I walked in and reminded them of the situation. Consequently, I’m being charged 45% of what i paid to restock and return it to the states which means paying for the duty return shipping or they will charge me 45% to consign...?
