Always go to this mr lube when I need anything for my car. Great service, reasonable wait times if any, and the team there is very accommodating and friendly. I know I won’t be overcharged and trust their opinions and their work. Mayank in particular has helped me and my girlfriend with our cars and I always leave feeling good. I went to change engine oil. Shiva suggested I change the back brakes and a filter so I ended paying $400. Then he said that he needs to change the back brakes sensor that he didn’t know it existed. I paid another $80. The brakes were soft that I had to take it back. Puneet worked on the car but he broke the hand brake button. When I went back to ask him to pay for it to change it at BMW . He denied breaking it. I’m disappointed and want him to take responsibility of his mistake.
