Horrible Customer Service. We tried returning lighting and purchasing an item worth more than the Value of the returned items and they would not do it.

yes, you are asking a crystal chandelier for $100, for that reason we can't exchange it. as an accountant, please keep yourself honest and trustbale, you try to return an light after more than one month you bought it. what we did just follow our store polices. by the way, when you said others are rude, please manage your attitude first.
