Concept Dental

Went to Dr. K after a few years of neglecting my teeth, and I was very pleased with my initial visit. He was able to fix my broken tooth and have my teeth cleaned with very little anxiety on my part. Very friendly and caring. Felt very comfortable there and I will definitely be going back!!!

Highly recommended for children. :) my son was was afraid coming in. But, they have taken the time to make him comfortable. He is no longer afraid of the dentist.

Would have given 5 out of 5 because the dentist and the assistants have given excellent service and very professional except for one lady at the reception who seems to be looking down on me and very indiscreetly asked the assistant if I have to pay with a condescending tone and look. I was surprised since I was there to have an adjustment on the new flipper denture. I felt like I was being discriminated because I am perceived as "poor." All my dental work was covered by my benefit.

Excellent excellent excellent. Could not have been happier with the service we received this morning! Took my daughter (13) and my son (3) and all three of us received the same level of respect. They were all very welcoming and took the time to explain things to my 3 year and never once seemed rushed. Will be taking my other daughter and myself on Friday and as a nervous patient, I have to say that being there today has helped relieve some of that stress for me! We saw Dr Appalraju today :)

I needed a tooth ...

I needed a tooth pulled today. I liked the very friendly people welcoming me at the front. The dentist was comforting and helped me through my appointment. I had many questions which she answered with great knowledge. The facility was clean with wonderful décor. I did not wait at all for my appointment. I will go back there again whenever I may need a cleaning or work dome again in the future. Miss Yaisha Love
