Timely, attentive and friendly when my daughter locked my rental trucks keys in the vehicle in a remote campground!

phoned tues. needing a fri. morning tow to mechanic for appointment.. Waiting fri. morning . Finally phoned again only to be told that they do not book ahead by more than an hour.( Did not tell me that Tues.) Could not pick up until that afternoon now. Sat. and my truck is still in yard. Am definetly not happy with service.

They were very quick to help me and were actually there sooner than they had quoted me. The driver was pleasant enough, and the price reasonable. Would for sure use this company again!

Poor Customer Service

A vehicle of ours was in an accident and towed by the people at Torrock. They told us to come down and they will let us in to the compound to look at the vehicle. When I arrived the person there, who lacked customer service skills, told us that we were supposed to call him first and that I had to wait for another guy to show up. The other guy showed up, both of them let me in to see the vehicle (we had to search for specific belongings), and they told me that I couldn't take anything until we paid the bill. They easily could have mentioned this on the phone ahead of time. My experience with these guys was not good and I would not recommend them to anyone. Hopefully someone from that company will read this and understand that good customer service goes a long way.
