Went there yesterday for my Covid Passport. Could not possibly have had a better experience. Treated professionally and with much kindness.. Kudos to the girl that helped me.

Very good registry. Prefer it over others.

Generally I avoid using the registries in High River due to poor past experiences but recently I had to go into Rangeland. The woman at the counter was irritable, didn't ask the right questions and was then irritable with me over having to reprint one piece of paper. To top it off I ended up with a horrendous new picture on my drivers liscence. I suppose this was her payback for me coming in 10 minutes before closing. Save yourself and go to Calgary or Okotoks.

JUST A WARNING THAT RANGELAND AGENCIES IN HIGH RIVER LIVE STREAMS THE ENTIRE WAITING ROOM! When I called & asked if there is a NOTICE OF LIVE STREAMING THIS WAITING ROOM TO ONLINE, the (female) who answered the phone, stated;"WE DON'T HAVE TO INFORM PEOPLE OR POST A NOTICE ANYWHERE BECAUSE AS PER ALBERTA LAW, THERE IS NO PRIVACY IN PUBLIC AREAS". There are many OTHER registry offices w/o live streaming! PROTECT YOUR CHILDREN FROM BEING WATCHED ONLINE WITHOUT YOUR ACCEPTANCE & PERMISSION!!
