I would much prefer to give these folks a big fat 0 stars, terrible customer service skills, zero people skills, and they don’t have the slightest clue how to do their jobs properly. 3 times in the last year I have been to this location to renew licence, renew registration, register a new car and not once have they got it right on the first try. Steer clear of this place at all costs … nothing but headaches and ignorant staff

I went to this registry for my class 5 road tests. At first, I was so disappointed after failing twice but I realized that for every failure I made I learnt something. This made me decide to keep going no matter what and how long it takes. Besides, it has to do with age, too. Finally, at the Nth time, I passed! Kudos to my three examiners- Ricky, Lisa and Vicky for showing professionalism and giving what one deserves. Keep it up!!!!

Best driver's experience I've ever had! I was super nervous but my tester, Lisa, was super nice and she made me feel so comfortable. She was by far the best tester I've ever had and I would definitely recommend this registry.

I just passed my class 5 road test today and couldn’t stop myself from sharing my experience. I was quite nervous before starting the road test, the examiner (Ricky) observed it and suggested me to take a minute to calm down. He made sure the instructions were loud and clear to me ahead of time. Even after completing the road test he spent 2-3 min. on explaining the deducted points and asked me to take care of those errors while driving in future. The Registry staff and owner were really polite

went there to take Written test for motorcycle and fund that the questions are worded in a way to make you fail. the person first was very rude on telling me that my phone needed to be off. Secondly she hovered over me during the entire test and I could not concentrate due to her insecurity. I do not recommend this place at all , avoid it like a plague please go to a registry with honest and trustworthy people.
