Kevin and Jason are fantastic. I have been taking my 2011 BMW X5 and 2007 BMW 335i to Glen Meadows Auto for years. They do top quality work and have maintained my vehicles in optimal running condition. I am really impressed with them and highly recommend them.

Glen Meadows Auto Service did a fantastic job and went above and beyond the vehicle inspection. The service was professional and affordable. I am definitely coming back.

Do not go here, this place will take advantage and lie to you. Overall very disappointed as the described work was not completed and it was false advisement and advertising.

I took both my Mercedes and BMW to get some work done and the service that the store manager Jay had provided was phenomenal. I recommend this shop to anyone whether they have a Kia or a Mercedes!

thought i would try them as they are close to home... I had an inspection needed , they came back with over $2000 in repairs to pass me. took my vehicle elsewhere and passed no problem and was told for the year my vehicle was in great shape!! will never set foot in their shop again

Twice now they've...

Twice now they've saved me time and money with my F-150, once last spring and once a two weeks ago. Both times someone actually rode in the vehicle with me to try to figure out what the issue was. With the first issue I actually had another shop tell me I needed a new transmission and thank goodness I went for another opinion. I feel I can trust them now and having had a few different people try to put one over on me (not just with car service), trust is the most important thing for me.

After many days of -25+ weather, my car decided it wasn't going to start... AMA was unable to boost as the battery had frozen. Clearly distraught, the AMA driver towed me to Glen Meadows Auto Service. My car was left there to be looked at the following morning. Next day I called first thing to let them know the situation and was told they'd check it out and call me back in about 15 mins. Got a call and a quote: $326.00 "all in" for parts and labour. So I say, ok go ahead. The next day when I went to pick up my car the bill was $460.00. I left, confused, glad to have my car, but confused. I returned to the shop for an explanation... all he could say was "I don't know why I quoted you that price". Hummm..that's weird. Was the extra charge because the battery was hiding somewhere in the depths of the engine that took two hours to find, or that I was a female, in distress and with no option but to say ok, please take advantage of me. I will never use this auto shop, I will sooner take my car to the creepy dudes at OK tire before even considering going back to Glen Meadows Auto Service. You get one star for being friendly I guess... you were very polite while taking $460.00 for a $260.00 job.
