Just ordered for the first time and there was MOULD in my poutine. See pics. If that wasn't enough, there were BONES, grissle, and huge blue veins in the poutine. If THAT wasn't enough, there was a large BONE in the burger!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED and will NEVER eat here again. MOULDY pics won't load but they're on other review sites. Great food and service. I went here with my family and the strips were exceptional not to mention their chicken on its own. The wait is a little long but that is only because they make it fresh. The saddletowne location is trash. They give rock hard sandwiches and greasy tasteless food only fit to be fed to animals
Service was OK but expensive and didn't taste like Fritou. I honestly didn't enjoy anything. The chicken burger tasted like fish, fries were fairly bland and my soda was tasteless like there was too much water mixed in.
I'm not picky with service, and there's was fairly decent. Just the food wasn't up to standards. I've had Fritou before but this just didn't taste very good.
They also really push the tips thing, I don't remember other Fritou locations having a tips option during payments. Nothing wrong with tips but there's no server in this restaurant so I wasn't expecting it.
Anyways they should improve food quality, and the prices in this Fritou were a bit higher than other locations, at least according to the website.
