We took an iPhone 7 in 2 times to have the screen fixed in 1 day and it didnt keep working. Instead of owning up to the fact that the tech did not do the job correctly all we got was oh ok. Since we were going out of the country right away we had to pay to have the phone fixed while on holidays. NOT IMPRESSED

I was treated very nicely and with a lot of respect. I wanted to repair my phone as well as get a new phone. The owner of the store lowered his pricing just because I was also getting my phone repaired.We repaired everything perfectly and my phone works perfectly fine.

PLEASE BEWARE!! If you are some one that likes to be deceived, mislead and lied to, this is the place for you. I'm giving this place a one star because there is no option for no starts. One of, if not the WORST costumer experiences I've ever had. Unfortunately I purchased a phone from this gentleman and my decision couldn't have been any more costly.

Most disrespectful and unprofessional service ever!

Worst experience of my life! The guy in the store was so rude and treated me like an idiot. He tried to rip me off time and time again. He lied about everything and I am glad to have walked out. After I went home, I went on kijiji and saw an ad for his store. The phone I was trying to get was way cheaper than the price Hd was trying to sell it to me at the store for. I called back today and tried to explain what happened, he told me I could not speak with a manager or owner of the store.

Fixed my phone to perfection and it was jacked up pretty good! Very friendly and courteous. These guys are ex-engineers and know what they are doing!
