Dr Shen diagnosed my husbands keraticonis and got him started on the wait list for a transplant. i will always recommend him to anyone looking for an eye exam. this DR knows what he is doing!

From the phone call to make the appt to the actual appointment itself, the customer service was awesome. Amanda made us feel at ease and was not at all pushy but rather informative and made the whole 'eye exam/buying glasses experience' fun. highly recommend.

My husband and I recently visited The Eye Centre, and we were very impressed with the service. Very knowledgeable, friendly staff. I would have given a rating of 5 stars except during our first visit, my husband was seen first, but then was left waiting right up until the time that I was finished my appointment with the doctor (about 20/30 minutes). His tray with his paperwork was put on a desk and not dealt with. But our second visit to pick out our frames was great! We would come back!

The entire team on 50th Street has treated us like family. Dr. Evans has been looking after our eyes for several years and while we've gone through changes like obtaining bifocals, getting rid of cataracts, and recently a tear in my retina.
