Of course, it was the eleventh hour when I called and tried to make an evening reservation on Valentine’s Day. And, of course, like everyone else they were completely booked but they did call me back and I was so happy that they could squeeze us in. We enjoyed the best meal we could have hoped for. The house red (forget the varietal) was so perfectly pared with the shrimp appetizer, Gamberi Di Amaretto. And the chardonnay was lovely with the escargots. Our entrees were equally delicious and in spite of the fact that it was a very busy evening for Napoli’s, the food arrived at our table fresh and hot and the service was perfect. Water glasses were always topped up and we were never left unattended for long. The servers were very friendly and approachable and it all made for a fantastic dining experience. We also didn’t feel over-crowded in this ‘full-to-capacity’ restaurant. Our table provided plenty of elbow room and the table conversation was easy to hear in spite of people. We were very comfortable and happy to be enjoying the wonderful atmosphere. We can’t wait to have dinner at Napoli’s again. Lire plus

Our party of 6 sat out on the patio for our supper on a beautiful sunny day at the end of May. The service was good and for the most part the food was ok except for two out of our party who ordered the hamburgers. Its disappointing that they can't make the effort to make their own patties. Espcially considering our wait time. Its not like the food was served super fast. In fact, it took a while but we didn't mind as we weren't in a rush. Anyways, the burger patties are the kind of processed "precooked" patties that you can buy in the frozen food section at a grocery store. Rubbery and very off putting. A disappointment! I had the NY strip steak, not bad but I ordered rare and it wasn't rested when they served it. Not a big deal. We also had the calamari, zuccini sticks and patotoe skins for appetizers. All passable but nothing to write home about. I'd go back again for a drink and an appetizer but I probably wouldn't have a meal. I love the pub inside, very old school british pub feel. I think it would be cosy in the winter. The patio has a great view and is a nice place to go for a drink. Lire plus

This was my first time here……wow….everything was delist! I had the prime rib beef dip…amazing! Also the sweet potato fries accompanies the sandwich. The serving was hugh, and couldn’t eat it all. But hubby helped, lol As for the dessert, I couldn’t resist, I know…no dessert if you don’t finish your plate! My sister highly recommended the peanut butter cheese cake….I just had to have it! I've gone to this Kelsey's several times now, and each time I've been very pleased with the food and service. The waitresses are always down-to-earth and friendly, the food is prepared very fast, and consistently good. I love the Four Cheese Spinach Dip appetizer, though they've changed the dipping bread to a baked variety that isn't quite as good (though apparently healthier for you). I normally always get the Club Wrap Platter after sharing the Spinach Dip with my girlfriend (the appetizer and platter would be too much for the average person, definitely best to have to someone to share the dip with). I've never been disappointed going here, and if you're looking for a dinner/movie type thing, they have a deal with Cineplex South Keys so you can walk right over after your meal. This Kelsey's is definitely my favorite chain restaurant to visit. The consistency in food/service means I'll keep going back! Lire plus

Great food that is well priced keeps us coming back over and over again. The atmosphere is nothing spectacular but it is clean and well maintained. It simply doesn't wow. We drop in frequently for a quick meal and order one of the vermicelli bowl dishes. Coupled with green tea it makes for a very tasty and satisfying meal. When we visit with more people we like to order a variety of dishes and have yet to be disappointed. The sizzling seafood platter is particularly tasty. Have always enjoyed dropping into the Mow for dinner and drinks with friends, but a recent menu change removed a lot of the more interesting menu options and has reduced this place to having more of a cookie-cutter menu. "Mundane" may be too harsh a description, but it's a direct reflection of how much we liked the variety that could be found on the menu previously.
