This location is located in Empress walk over 2 floors. Easily accessible by subway. They staff there were able to answer my questions and give suggestions on what I needed. Good if you live in the area or reach by TTC.
Horrible customer service from a "manager"
Here's a great story for anyone considering purchasing anything from these jokers: Bought a new laptop for business, got a reasonable deal on it, went away happy. Two weeks later and for no apparent reason, it simply doesn't turn on. Took it back to the store and the manager refused to help us. But just referring us to the manufacturer (Toshiba) wasn't enough, no. Instead, after a round of blaming me (based on no evidence whatsoever) and essentially saying "tough luck," he made sure it wouldn't be his problem. I'm guessing he was just waiting to clock out and couldn't care less.
I have never experienced such bad customer service in my life--it was insulting, it was rude, and it accomplished absolutely nothing except guaranteeing that I never do business with this company ever again.
This is a horrible way to do business and it'll only work for so long before your market share has all moved on.
