Premium Detailing Tire Change

If I could give a 0 start I would. I brought in my car for detailing on the 23th of July 2022. When I picked up my car I noticed two cracks on the windscreen. I informed the person who washed the car but not only did they deny responsibility for the the cracked windscreen they also did not offer me any help in repairing the screen. The repair cost for the screen is above 2000 CAD. Totally not worth the 150 CAD wash that was not even refunded. Take your business elsewhere.

I would definitively NOT recommend this business. I had my car detailed and clean 3 weeks ago and when I went to pick up my car I could not drive it. The drivers seat was moved up all the way to the front and couldnt be moved back. I had to have my car towed to my dealership for repairs. It took my dealership 2 weeks to fix the car. Then when I got my car back I met with the owner of Premium Detailing to discuss the situation. He refuses to take any responsibility for the problem or pay.
