Laser Touch

Have been a customer for 2 years now. Fantastic place to get laser hair removal. Patty is very friendly and approachable. She's been in the business for a long time and knows exactly what she's doing. My results are great thus far and I've recommended this business to many of my friends interested in getting laser done.

Honestly one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with! The laser treatment wasn't working after a year or so and when I would ask her questions she would yell at me, belittle me, she forced me to leave twice! INCREDIBLY rude. It is your job to make the customer feel comfortable and to listen to their concerns. There are better places out there with better prices! I wouldn't recommend Lazer touch at all

Very professional. Excellent customer service. She's always on time. Her office is very clean and her prices compared to lots of other places are very competitive. I have great results and I recommend this business to everyone.

Absolutely horrib...

Absolutely horrible customer service!!! If you are in a service industry, you have to be professional towards your clients and the owner was exactly the opposite of polite. Not only did she hang up the phone on me, she asked me to take my business someplace else! I wonder how and why she is in business. Her prices are outrageous and she considers them a very good deal. Oh, and she will be sure to let you know that. So turned off!

Great service,great prices,Great results!Before going to this clinic I was discouraged.I had seen someone else three times for upper lip and was getting no results.I was beginning to think that my hair was unable to be treated.After one visit and one (free)touch up session I had results.I had spent over three hundred dollars with the other clinic and although i would have spent thousands just to get results I had no improvement.I learned that they were not using enough pulses to get the results and this is of course because each pulse that is used costs the clinic money,all this to say that the owner of this clinic has since told me that it is necessary to go over the area more than once to achive results.She is generous with the amount of pulses used as her goal is to get results for her customer.She has been doing this long enough to know that customer satisfaction and integrity are everything in good business.I would recommend this place to everyone and to any woman like myself who have been discouraged by treatments in the past that didnt work give Lazer touch a try before you give up.
