I understand that big Macs are on special but my husband and myself got 4 big Macs and they were the most sloppiest wettest burgers we have ever had. They were really gross.

Deplorable! Filthy & Disgusting.Not my 1st time. NO ICE AGAIN on a hot day but thankfully 1 running ragged older woman got some. The boys behind the counter must have been vaping all day. One could not figure out my hamburger for the life of himself, thanks for the burnt bacon. The Ice Cold Fries...and my server didnt have a clue. I watched him throw my food into my bag and slur 850, I said 850? he just dropped my bag on the counter from 2 feet up and was dancing with my cup, had to ask for it.

Left out parts of our order. Unimpressed

Not even worth any stars! I'm so sick of the screw ups at this particular restaurant that seems to be run by idiot teenagers! Up to half hour waits in their drive through line for them to have everything wrong in the order or to forget salad dressings or straws or even the receipt!

I have given up on this location. So many times that things are missing after going thru the drive thru, I got a salad a few month ago where all the feta cheese was full of mold. Today I went to get the all day breakfast, when I started to eat I found a hair, opened my sandwich to find a second one between the egg and cheese. The managers are never helpful, I got "Sorry, I will talk to the staff"
