All things considered (covid) the purchase of our new Ford Ranger was a positive experience. Sales personnel and other staff are courteous and helpful with a no pressure attitude.

This was my first North American car purchase in many years. I am really pleased with the service that we received from the team at Polito Ford Lincoln. Steve, the sales team manager, jumped right in to handle all our questions, concerns and eventually the sale while his team was engaged with other customers. The whole experience has been fantastic from the initial sale, to the delivery and the emails to follow up to see if there were any concerns or issues. Enjoying my new purchase.

very helpful. dealt with sales manager and he made the deal so simple. first time Id ever bought car that was not in person but through phone and email we got deal done. had many questions how things in truck worked after I drove away and every time I had questions sales manager got right back to me. definitely would buy truck from again

Dustin was the Sales Associate we dealt with, and we have to say he is a true professional. He was very knowledgable, helpful, polite and eager to assist in any way before we left the dealership with our truck. In addition to this he extended his help should we have any questions in the future and that is always a good feeling when you make such a large purchase and pull away. The friendly, helpful young man who sold me my Focus was also non-sexist in his approach. That's important. I'm a woman who's 67. I don't need someone talking down to me. The service team is also great. I love the comfortable furniture and the coffee and newspapers in the waiting room. We'll always do business here as long as we live in the area and as long as the cars are as good as they are now. We've been driving Focus cars since 2001. The latest is a 2014.
