I was really surprised at how good my meal was. Usually I am unimpressed by chain restaurants. We got a table no problem - most places around here have a wait. The service was good, but could have been a little faster for lunch since we had to get back to work.

I've been there 3 times and everytime the service got worst! Last time I was there, the waitress seriously only came by our table about once every hour! It was my friend's birthday and we had a party of 15+. We were never sure how many people were going to show up so we told them a week ahead and made a reservations for 10-12. They told us that they can just switch us to another room if the party does increase. We called the day of and told them that there will be 15 parties showing up, but gave us the back room still. Which was alright, we didnt have a problem with that, we just need to switch tables later. Well when we needed to switch, the waitress was NOT happy. Not everyone got to order food, so some people sat there all night and did not get to eat. When the bills came, waitress said she was too lazy to ring in the pops so their all on her. Well, if your going to say your lazy to ring in something, then either say all drinks are on you or ring everything in! Not some people had to pay for drinks and some poeple didnt! Worst service I've ever gotten from anywhere! Even after a complain, nobody borther to do anything about it and kept ignoring us. Never returning!
