Costco Wholesale General Store

Today I was told my tire is irrepairable (nail puncture) and they wont put it bqck on rim. Now i am with a tire without rim and the guy did it to sell me a new tire. He said my tire tread left is only 3. I can check anywhere in the tire minimum left is 6.5. Never going back to this tire center again.

Love this store. Just too busy and hard to find parking at the best of times.

I got another cell phone from Costco. I was told that my plan would stay the same no changes. That is why i got the phone. I got my bill in the mail of 460.00 the guy sold me the phone got me to fill out the paper work trusting what he said was true. NOPE he cut my cell coverage in half. Now im out 460 for over charge on us-usage for my cell and another 670 or so for my phone because it is now completely useless. Thank you Costco for making sure your south Edmonton Costco is poorly run.

Had to wait about half an hour in the queue to pay at the till. Upon asking Nazareth if he could talk to Manager to open more tills he told we are short staff and we are adding to the queue. Very rude and poor customer service.

Too bad I can't leave less than one star. Worst customer service in edmonton. Went to return a defective gift from a parent who no longer lives in country. We had previously asked at another Costco if the return was possible. Unluckily had to happen to be in the south end and went in and was called rude by an employee. Worst customer service i have received from a large retailer. Even though I had not had a receipt but in all honesty I would have repaired the watch was told it couldn't be
