As for expertise, Drs Lee (recently retired) and Fung are excellent. The problems that this clinic are having are just being simply overwhelmed with so many patients. You can expect a 2 hour wait. Period. I waited 2+ hours for a procedure that took 10 minutes. I saw people whose eyes were in much worse shape than mine get ahead of me. That's fair. If you don't like having unpredictable wait time, find another ophthalmologist.

Great service and friendly staff. I have been a customer at Fountain Tire for 2 years, which included buying winter tires and rims and then the spring change back to my all season tires with rims, plus tire storage. Just got back from my dental appointment, and, wow, the staff sure know how to put a person at ease. Going to the dentist has always been stressful for me, but I left the office with a smile. They gave me fantastic advise and instruction on how to make my dental care easier. The Dental Hygienist that worked on me kept me so amused that I didn't break into my annoying nervous panic. I was very impressed with Gateway Companion Animal Clinic. They gave me an appointment quickly for my sick dog, even though I'd never been there before.
They are kind, sensitive and caring for sick pets (and for their distressed owners). When they thought my dog needed different care, they didn't hesitate to refer the case to a Veterinarian with more sophisticated equipment.
I believe my favorite pooch is alive today because of their swift and competent treatment.

I’ve brought my cat in twice for emergencies, and both times the staff have been perfectly organized and very polite. It can definitely be expensive, but it’s an emergency hospital and for animals at that so I feel like the prices are about correct. They really saved me on a Sunday when my kitty needed emergency veterinary care. I would recommend this place for anyone who has a pet emergency

I have posted a review a few days ago but after reading some other reviews I feel I have to post again. I have now booked Associated 4 times now over the past couple of weeks. Some times I get Associated, sometimes Alberta Gold. All 4 drivers were different. All 4 were a pleasure to deal with & always on time. Reading the complaints of others I'm afraid I have to wonder if the problems were caused by the attitude of the customers & not the drivers. Thanks Associated for your great service.
