I Recently had a transmission problem with my van and was recommended by a friend to take it to PARKWAY RAD AND TRANSMISSION. I was expecting the worst, but the guys diagnosed it as being an electrical issue. The diagnosis was free, and they fixed it the very same day. They even drove me home and picked me up when it was finished! I was so relieved that they were honest as i was told by another MajoR TRANSMISSION shop that i would need a complete re-built at around $3000.00!! I was also pleased to learn that they perform regular maintenance and repairs as well as transmission work. PLEASE ! Do yourself a favour and go see Parkway First. It will save you a lot of money!!!!!

Very friendly and super helpful. Didn't try to take advantage of a widow who may not have known about cars (I hate typing it, but believe it or not it can still happen these days).
He helped my mother with the most cost effective way to get her vehicle repaired, even during these tough economical times. He was honest and was truly out to help the customer.

My experience has been that he can diagnose a problem accurately and efficiently, so you are paying for actual repair instead of the run-around that comes with inexperience, incompetence and an I-couldn't-care-less attitude. No sloppy work here; Hung clearly takes pride in his work.
