We had the pleasure of meeting Ian today. He is a very personable gentleman who communicated regularly and promptly in advance of our appointment. He was honest and forthcoming with information and quoting. An even greater pleasure was falling in love with my piano again. Ian gave it a badly needed and very thorough tuning, and it sounds gorgeous! It is so responsive now and makes me sound like a far better pianist than I actually am. What a difference! I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Laura is a very skilled massage therapist who is extremely knowledgeable. I personally have been receiving pain relieving treatments since 2009 after a horrible car accident. Every appointment I have ever had with Laura she was always compassionate,kind, professional and caring. I also recommend Laura for prenatal,post-natal and baby massage as she has a way of calming and relaxing the body during stress and pain. This is THE go to daycare for your child in Barrie. My son and my daughter both went to this daycare and the staff treat them like their own kids. The high turnover rate of staff as people have mentioned below has improved dramatically since COVID. They qualify for all the government incentive so needless to say they meet all the policies and regulations. My kids are always happy to go to school in the morning that can only mean they are being treated right at school. I've never had any issues.
