I just left this salon and am a very satisfied customer. My cousin recommended it and before I went, I read the only other two negative reviews. This normally would have detered me from going, but my cousin convinced me she has never had a problem. I'm grateful I didn't listen to the reviews as I got a wash, cut and style and this is the first time in my 45 years that I didn't put my hair in a ponytail after leaving and going home and styling my hair myself! This salon is very clean, friendly staff and professional. I will be going back regularly and have found a new hairdresser in Steve, who listened to what I wanted, had easy great conversation with, and left me and my hair feeling great! Thank you to an excellent job! Anyone looking for a new place to get their hair done? I would highly recommend.

A couple months ago, I bought a lovely nest chair from this location. As soon as I walked in, the ladies from the store were very helpful and very friendly. Their customer service was superior. Upon delivery of my chair a few days later, I received a phone call from the store. They called within five minutes after my delivery to ensure delivery went smooth and thanked me again. That was atleast two months ago. Just yesterday I received a hand written note from the salesperson who assisted with the purchased thanking me again and to ensure the chair was working out. It is rare to have such customer service during and after the sale and on top of it with a lovely handwritten personalized note. Thanks Urban Barn. I will definitely be shopping at your location again.

Really great customer service. We have asked Torontow Sports to quote on two different printing jobs for t-shirts and then team shirts. Both times quote was extremely competitive and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I have been a customer for several years getting new tires for my Audi and BMW cars and SUVs, summer and winter tires with or without new wheels. I have been to many spas before but this one was different. The moment I walked in the staff was friendly and made me feel right at home. My day started upstairs in the spa. I had a hot stone massage. It was great. I then had a facial, followed by a pedicure and then a manicure. My treatments were by far the best I had ever experienced. I was then brought back down to the main floor where my stylist did my hair. She was great. She knew exactly the look I wanted. It was the first time I didn't feel like I had to go home and redo my hair.
I can't wait to go back and do it all again.

I had my income tax processed by Douglas they were very professional, my tax forms that could be sent in on line were done & the year that they could not send on line was sent via mail to CRA to process for me. The rate charged was very reasonable.

I witnessed a customer behave in a very disrespectful and irrational manner towards staff of this site, and the employee handled the customer with maturity and respect. I wanted to speak up and tell the customer how irrational she was, but the employee did not need my help...she handled herself with great professionalism. Whomever owns that site should be very proud of their staff.
