After explaining my issue to Mike he immediately had a technician check it and had the matter resolved in no time by replacing a wire. Now, my APP is working properly to start my car. Brought in my Dewalt drill as a auger was stuck in the chuck. I was looking at replacing it but more importantly i needed it for work I was doing at our church. Less than 10 mins later they handed me the drill and the auger- BOTH IN GREAT SHAPE AND NO CHARGE! The repair guy I didn't get his name but I so appreciate your kindness! I'll be back to buy new if this one dies.

I preplanned my Mother's funeral and they were very helpful and showed many options. There was no pressure to pick the most expensive of anything. You are encouraged to choose what is suitable for you and your loved one.
The day of the funeral had a minor hitch due to the previous day being a holiday resulting in a slight delay in the arrival of the cards and sign in book. They were upfront about the delay and never tried to make an excuse, rather an apology was provided. .
