Short version: They are awesome. Highly recommend.
Long version: I had the city asking for plumbing and gas permit, they squeezed in their schedule (especially busy this time of year) to come take a look. Meanwhile I also lost all heating and the guys made the effort to come in for the job as soon as possible. They were courteous, followed the current COVID practice guidelines, and very efficient with their work.

Had no hot water, Peter came the next day and change our hot water tank. Fast, friendly and price reasonable compare to the other big plumbing companies.

Jason has come three times to my condo. First to replace an old toilet, second to reinstall toilets and replace both bathroom sinks. Finally today he repaired the fawcett in my kitchen sink.
Everything is working and shipshape.
I would use 1st Call again, no problem.
