I’ve brought my cat in twice for emergencies, and both times the staff have been perfectly organized and very polite. It can definitely be expensive, but it’s an emergency hospital and for animals at that so I feel like the prices are about correct. Our poor little puppy (ok, she's 7) was in dire straits earlier this week. With the amazing care she received from here, she was able to return home to us within a few days.
