On August 27th this year we had 2 men from your company tell us we needed a new water heater , came back next day and installed it. It was more than extremely loud and I commented on this and was told all new ones are loud like this. Water heater is just below my dining room and having dinner in there was a nightmare with this noise constantly. I really thought the house was going to blow up. Yesterday it broke , no hot water, Hakim Salamat came tonight around 7:30 and installed new blower

I took my broken Sony CyberShot camera in to MTC in Whitby on Thursday afternoon. The counter staff impressed me with their very friendly and helpful demeanor and I left my camera for evaluation. Friday morning I received a verbal repair estimate, along with a friendly suggestion that they use a courier to save me the long trip to/from Whitby. I gave the go-ahead and the repaired camera was delivered to my home Monday morning. I commend MTC for their excellent service.

Went there because they were the only vet that would take the appointment, unfortunately my pet had to be put down (this was the best decision for my pet). All the staff was absolutely amazing! I really loved everyone there, they were all just so nice and considerate. Even though I was there for something I didn’t want to be there for, all the staff there made it a bit better. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants good care for their pets.

I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I have been bringing my 10 year old cat Squishy here for about 6 years now (since Konnie opened) and will not bring her to anyone else! She is a Persian who hates even looking at a brush or comb and she was horribly abused prior to me adopting her so grooming her is best left to the professional:) Prior to taking her to Konnie she had been to a few other groomers in Whitby and she would end up sick and have the runs afterwards!Never with Konnie & it's reassuring Konnie has her cat first-aid:)
