Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. Our Indian dinner was superb, delicious and fresh. We are very familiar with Indian foods and this is as good and better as any we have ever had.
Our waitress was delightful, atmosphere was authentic India, and its great to see this establishment in such a small town.

Ryan was punctual and completed a most professional and thorough cleaning of our ductwork. He provided photo assessment of our ducts before starting the assignment. I did not expect this step, but appreciated his honesty. He was pleasant,courteous and respectful of our home and did a very thorough job.
He was willing to explain his work and answer any questions.
It is now now 2 months since his job, and we have noticed a definite improvement in the dust accumulation in the house.

First service experience was at the curling club and our large manual roll-up door was in a bad state. Sheldon and crew were there promptly and installed a new track and then repaired and serviced all the moving parts as needed. The price was reasonable too. I then called last week to book a maintenance service at my house and they were there the next day and installed one new rubber seal at the bottom and lubricated both doors. Price again was reasonable.
