Highly recommend John, owner of Pro Way Plumbing Services, over and over again! He did amazing work again for us installing a new sink, installing a new kitchen faucet, and fixing the pooling situation inside the kitchen sink. John is incredibly good at what he does, kind, fair, responsive, professional, hard working, efficient, and he goes above and beyond, thoughtful about my needs to ensure he gives me the best solution for the long term. It has been just over a year since I contacted Benji at 4 Pillars. I am grateful I did. in the past year I have been able to stop living pay check to pay check. We’ve used Laser Star Monitoring for about 5 years without a problem. Scott did the installation and follow up and I found him to be an affable and trustworthy individual. Our system works great and when ever I had any questions he responded right away. I was surprised to read the critical reviews above but as my son who is managing partner of 4 of the top restaurants in Victoria says that satisfied customers seldom write positive reviews, it just does not occur to them.

I had Ricky come by and installed the roof for us last year. Ricky showed extremly patience and helped me go through and revise the plan over and over again. The work was nicely done, and his crew were polite and professional. They used some sort of detector sweeping the lawn to make sure nothing garbage was left around the house. Small details make the difference, right? I would like to recommend Ricky to anyone I konw of.
