I highly recommend Ben Tuck’s expertise and friendly work ethic as the owner/operator of Mini X Foundation Waterproofing company. He inspected my foundation wall cracks and provided a very competitive repair quote in comparison to other contractors. He explained the waterproofing process in detail and sent photographs of the procedure steps. The work was finished within one day. The repair fix has stood up against several heavy rainfalls. As well, Mini X provides a 10 Year Transferable Warranty.

I am new to SFs (3 yrs). Man Ling Restaurant is the only Chinese restaurant (except for 1 in Brockville) that I eat at, for a number of reasons:
First all of their food is MSG-free, is fabulous and always fresh (nothing heated up from 2 hours ago). The best egg rolls ever and my favourite is beef and green peppers. I have eaten there over 25 times and it's always perfect. Hats off to Man Ling. Don't forget the service, relaxed and friendly staff. My favourite restaurant of all time (a 10).

James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

A company that deserves a 10 out of 5 rating if it were possible. They reviewed and corrected any electrical issues our building had and then followed through with hydro in getting perimeter drawings and sign offs and then ESA approval. They were timely and efficient with the electrical work and unrelenting with the follow up details required to get each stage with hydro and ESA complete. A true delight to work with. Excellent office communication.

Bud is a very kind guy. 2 years ago I had to move to Ottawa for a stem cell transplant to treat my rare leukemia. I ended up living with my friend in Carleton place for 4 or so months. Bud personally drove me to Ottawa general and back (2 round trips weekly) himself when he wasn't busy. I couldn't have asked for a better, and more caring driver.
