We decided to go with Woolrich after meeting with multiple contractors.
First, Cecily was prompt and came with an open mind, really listening to what we wanted and what was best for our family.
Second, she was very quick getting a quote back and did not hide fees. Cecily and her team were open and upfront with costs and were willing to work with us to reduce costs where we could.
The design process was fun and easy. Bruce was very open with his communication and easily accessible.

I drove 3 hours to bring my dog for surgery due to a recommendation. I was definitely not disappointed! Dr.Toms initial consultation was excellent and he made sure the surgery getting performed was needed and also the correct surgery. I was kept informed throughout the day and when I picked him up Dr.Tom made sure that I had everything I needed and explained what he had done and what to do and watch for in the future. And at the end of it all the bill was $1200.00 less than expected! Great vet!

I’ve been going to Jiffy Lube for oil changes since I’ve been driving (over 10 years) and have always had great experiences. The staff always go above and beyond. Today I went in to get my tail lights replaced and the guy that helped me came out to my vehicle and changed it while I waited outside of the shop, when I was going to grab my wallet he said “Because it’s Friday, it’s on me, have a great weekend” and walked away. I went to see Dr. Wu for sore shoulder and neck muscles from driving lots. His diagnoses of pinched nerves and restricted blood vessels was bang on. He is very professional in his field of acupuncture with 30 years experience. I seen Dr. WU twice a week and experienced pain relief within a m. He did inform me that it may take longer depending on how my body responded to the needles. I am now pain free but continue to see him for maintenance twice a month as I love living without pain. Thank you

To Sheldon and his staff @ Mikasa auto, just wanted to say a big thank you for your excellent service and professionalism. Had an issue with my van going into limp mode all the time and an issue with a rattle in my suspension. Fixed both issues and a few extra things that were muchly appreciated for no extra charge. They went above and beyond for me and on a side note they fixed the suspension which was an error on another shops work (won’t mention any names) that refused to honor their workmans

Propt and Friendly Customer Service! In a world where customer service is a LOST art, Steam Clean Express gets an A++ Dan is very good at explaining the process and honest about the potential results. New to the area I googled carpet I chose the company with the highest rating and it was actually correct! Smell is gone! the process was explained and they arent in and out in 5 minutes. Daniel really works the carpet even when its +34 inside the house. The lady in the office is very pleasant and cheery! Also Daniel called when I had not found time to call back and confirm a time they called me back again and then arrived in 10 minutes! Thanks Steam Clean Express and Daniel !

Top notch customer service! I needed a battery replaced but unable to get my car boosted/started to get there. They offered to come to me to get it up and running so I could get it there. We have been taking all of our pets to Dr. Hunt for years, and is hands down the best vet we've ever had, (and we've had pets all our lives). Everyone at their clinic is amazing, and he is compassionate, honest, and everything you'd hope your vet would be. We live 45 minutes out of town now, and still would never go anywhere else!
