This happened on Saturday sept 16. My socket where the heat tape for my pipes plugs in broke during the blizzard and cold and without it we'd lose our pipes. Called when we realized what happened and booked for next morning. Jim came out on time and in -16 C weather with no complaint and got the job done. The work was well done, very professional and courteous. Most certainly would use him again for any electrical jobs we have pop up in future. His years of experience showed and he displayed solid integrity about his work.
