My experience with Melinda was excellent. I reached out after finding out from my doctor that I have fatty liver, high cholesterol and prediabetes. I was completely overwhelmed, but Melinda was so helpful and encouraging. She explained everything so that I could understand it, and her meal plan was flexible and worked with my lifestyle. My doctor is so happy with my blood sugars, cholesterol and liver numbers! And I feel SO much better! Better energy, mood and sleep. Thanks so much Melinda!

Need anything done around your house? Big or small – reno’s or repairs? I am happy to recommend Henry 416-414-8293. He came promptly and did some deck renovations for me. While he was here I got him to renovate a room for me. Ripped out old carpet, painted walls and ceiling and installed new flooring. Very happy with his work and price was very fair. Henry was in and out in 2 days. I’ll be using him more in the future – he seems to be able to do pretty much everything.
