I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

My family and I recently had to make a decision to purchase a new furnace for our home. After a small amount of research it was clear to us who we would hire to install the new furnace. We called Mike from JJ McLellan & Son and he was extremely helpful and took the time to explain how things worked and discussed the best options for us , he really made the purchasing very easy. Another job well done.Our furnace broke down yesterday at our restaurant it was only 7 degrees when we got here so needless to say we had to close.We called Eric and within an hour our problem was fixed.Great service as always.Thank you once again Eric.We highly reccomend Crose Mechanical for all of your needs.
