I experienced the most amazing customer service here at Tradeia Tech Inc. Reza was kind, patient and very knowledgeable. There was no upselling. Reza was honest and to the point. Without hesitation I would recommend Tradeia for all of your Heating Systems and Indoor Air Quality needs. Top brands at half the price. It does not get any better than this. In today's world it is a breath of fresh air to know that honest companies/ people still exist.

Glenn came by in short order and fixed my AC unit which was on the fritz. The thing I love about this company is how honest they are: He suggested that the AC unit could last up to another 10 years and a new unit wouldnt save all that much money. $250 instead $2500+!
They had also installed a new furnace a few years back so I knew they were the first one to call.

I never leave reviews, this is a first. I am so happy to live in a community with local companies like this one. I called Reynolds this morning, I didn't have heat in the house. I was told that there day was full and they wouldn't be able to make it over. I was expecting a next day appt. Instead, I was asked a few questions over the phone. Then walked through a few steps. 5 minutes later I got the furnace going and the heat back on. This cost me nothing. This will obviously not always be the case, but from now on my friends, family and I will be calling Reynolds. Thanks again

He diagnoses the problem and fixes whatever has been wrong with my furnace quickly and his pricing is fair and reasonable. Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. I didn't buy anything from the company but found the staff very helpful when I stopped to get directions after I got lost on my way to the Queen of Heart Cemetery. They were really kind and printed the directions for me. I believe if you became a customer, you would have no problems dealing with them at all.
