Nick did a shingle-over job for me. He notified me before he was about to show up for a scheduled appointment, was on time, addressed my concerns & did everything he said he was going to do. I've been going to Chef Chan for over 10 years and it's by far the best Chinese place in the area! Overall, their food is the best but their dinner for one special is what I absolutely love! Pop, eggroll, (lots of) fried rice, and 1 side for about $7 is the best deal I've seen.
The people that work there are very friendly and very good. While the restaurant doesn't look like much, it's not a dine-in place so it really doesn't matter.
Overall, this is the best Chinese food restaurant I've ever been to in terms of value and quality of food.

I was in a serious car accident in Markham Ontario and had no idea what to do. Before any service the man who worked for Instant Towing asked me if I was okay.
