Love this pet store..great customer service . My pup is a very picky eater so Brad was very helpful with ordering in the food my pup enjoys..no extra charge. They also have a very knowledgeable staff who are true animal lovers and listen and guide you thru the concerns you have with a new puppy. This store is amazing, the staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Cheryl the groomer is also wonderful, your dog's health and safety is her number one priority as well as them being comfortable and I appreciate how much she cares for my dogs comfort and happiness. PetMax is absolutely amazing. I love supporting small family-owned businesses but this store really makes it easy on the wallet. I have been shopping at this store for over 10 years. The prices are the lowest in town! The staff is amazing and very knowledgable. Plus when I bring in Bentley in he's always spoiled with lots of treats. We bought 500 crckets at oct 3th,and they all dead in two day,we went back yesterday tand buy another 500, but only find out about 100 of them dead again,after came home from work, we buy crickets over a dozen times sofar,from 20cricket to 1000 crickets at one ,and never any thing wrong, we did talk to the sale people at the shop yesterday.and they too ，no clue.
