I’ve tried so many things but I’m seeing the fastest results in reaching my fitness goals at iLoveKickboxing in Maple. These classes are amazing and the staff keep you motivated. As a person who is petified of going to the dentist, I am so relieved to have found Dr Steffens. I have had root canals, tooth pulled and fillings along with regular cleaning. She is very aware of her client’s needs, freezing and gas for me and it has made my visits pain free. Dr Steffens has a wonderful staff that have a way of making you feel at ease, Nelson’s music choices are always the best. You won’t be disappointed !!

I saw Chad for multiple visits for what ended up being diagnosed as a right hip labral tear. He helped me with strengthening, pain reduction, and range of motion, so much so that I was able to resume exercises that I couldn't attempt in months. I'm so grateful for his help and could not recommend his services more highly.

I woke up yesterday to flooding in my basement and immediately googled Flood restoration in the GTA. The first company that came up was 5 Start Cleaning. I called the line and Bob diligently instructed me on how he was going to remove the water from my basement. His crew arrived 20 minutes later and worked on my basement all morning. Bob provided updates and Lisa called later in the day to check up on everything. Very good customer service. I would definitely recommend Bob and his crew!

Have loved going here for the past 3 weeks. I had become so frustrated, feeling like my upper back pain would never go away despite being only 26 years old. However in the past few weeks, Dr. Homer has greatly improved my back pain to it basically being gone. I expect at this rate to be pain-free in the next couple weeks and I couldn’t be more happy and relieved. Thank God I found Dr. Homer!

Dr. Matthew is very welcoming and easygoing. At my first visit he was very engaged in learning my health history and how I've been suffering with back pain for years. He completed his examination, which included objective measures of my spine's function which we could measure again and compare afterwards. His explanation of my problem and the approach to treat it was simple and manageable. I'm now two weeks into care and haven't felt this good in a long time. I highly recommend Dr. Matthew.

As you know, when you get older, it takes longer to recover.
Coming here was like a miracle. After only one session my pain was gone. Something I didn’t expect to happen so fast.

I highly recommend Zabi, who is absolutely amazing! He explained that my back knee actually originated from my overpronation. He takes the time to explains what he is doing. I have been to places in the past that push their products on you but Zabi did not push the grandma looking shoes in the clinic for me. In fact, he even recommended particular styles of Nike and Adidas. Definitely a cool doctor! I’ve been wearing my orthotics for 6 months, and have noticed a difference!
