I called Tire Terminal, and at no charge, they checked all four tires for alignment. They identified the problem and suggested some remedies. This is the kind of service that builds my loyalty.

I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

i had a great learning experience here as well as a very professional and courtesy visit.they have a lot of new and used tires to chose from and the prices are very competitive. i paid less here for my name brand tires than COSTCO is charging which blew my mind. my experience was great and actually better than expected for a tire shop.
