Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.

I want to thank everyone at Majestic for hands down the best client experience Ive ever had with any company in any industry.
They did an amazing job on my car but more importantly they treated me with honesty & kindness (and lots of laughs) - which says a lot about the company’s values.

Gord is the best tech I have ever met. His commitment to the proper repair and technique is unmatched by any mechanic probably because he is a full on journeyman that has always been able to diagnose and repair anything. Their is no room for screw ups or over billing due to his competency. I am a local shop owner and tech and Gord is a constant supply of technical assistance to us and many other shops that call him for advise. Got a big $ quote somewhere else, call him. Rates are $65 per hour half as much as your average mechanic and if you drive a Toyota Camry or Chevy Impala your problems can be resolved in a matter of minutes guaranteed.
