I highly recommend Avanti Appliance Repair & Refrigeration in terms of efficiency and pricing. I was in a situation where three of my appliances weren't working properly. A technician arrived Sunday morning, diagnosed the problems and quoted me a price for each appliance. Two appliances were fixed and are working flawlessly. The third one needs a control board that has to be special ordered. I was sent a text with the exact cost of the part and expected labour Sunday evening. Very good service!

My just over 2 yr old GE oven stopped working. It wasn’t under warranty and I called Platinum to come have a look. This was a week before Christmas dinner at my place. They came the next day! For some reason my oven just started working again. Christmas was back on! Due to not being able to diagnose the problem it stopped again in March. After fighting with GE, Platinum advocated for me and managed to get a bunch of parts from GE for all my trouble and had them in and the oven fixed.

My Samsung fridge was not cooling I asked many other they told me it could be temperature sensor or I need to look at it like anyone would but when I call A1 appliance told him the problem over the phone he said it could be just ice frozen so just unplug it for 24hrs it will fix the problem and it did thank you so much

We bought a range from Premium, turned out to be defectives,
Premium Appliance worked with the manufacture for over 2 month to try and replace the range. We decided we did not want a replacement but a new brand name. Premium Appliance order a new range from another mfg. but unfortunately due to covid we wait 13 weeks and still no sign of our new range. So we had the difficult decision to purchase our range somewhere else. Premium understood so they reimbursed our full amount. Ann and Nick

After our Dryer started to make loud noises, I called Bens, talked to a very informed gentleman, who set us up with service in two days. Ken, the Tech, arrived on time, looked at the dryer and knew immediatley what the issue was. He took it apart, showed me the issue and gave me a ball Park quote to fix. I agreed and in a short period of time he had repaired the Dryer, and his quote was bang on. It was very reasonable and Ken was great to deal with. I heartily recommend Bens and Ken.
